Hiatus - What is life?
So, I didn’t anticipate my life becoming this busy. I haven’t even posted here or been on my personal blog for over a week. So I think for now, I’m going to put replying to this blog on a break. But when things get less intense (aka no paper or bio) I’ll be back.
Breakfast - Day 5
Bagel, cream cheese, 2 eggs, naked smoothie.
Yummmm.
Gym:
- Elliptical: 30 min, level 12-14, 375 cal.
- On fours side pulls: 3 reps each side, 10 reps, 8 lbs.
- Cross chest lift: 3 sets each arm, 10 reps, 2 lbs.
- Ab crunch: 3 sets, 10 reps, 50 lbs.
- Outside and inside hip abductor: 3 sets, 10 reps, 70 lbs.
- Side twist: 3 sets each side, 10 reps, 40 lbs.
- Squat: 3 reps, 10 reps, red ball.
- Seated leg crunch: 3 reps, 15 reps.
Dinner - Day 4.
Finished everything except the sour cream. Not sure that was a good choice, it tasted strange with the chicken tenders. I had a bowl of cantaloupe for dessert, that was yummy.
Dinner time? Dinner time.

Lunch - Day 4
So… I didn’t eat breakfast… probably not the best thing. I did wake up at 10 though…
I couldn’t get to sleep last night for some reason - most likely it’s because I didn’t work out at all.
Bleh.
Anyway, I finished the rest of my weird, broccoli tasting like pasta for lunch. Meh.
It was alright, but not really healthy, in any way, shape or form. I was just hungry.
Then I took a nap.
That was great.
